At this time, orders for Luke, scottjua, Jerome, darth ryo and Turgon have been secured. Fat Ewok is waiting for the next round and I haven't heard back from jettsaber so there are at least two spots open. DA's payment is pending.
sure, can you do that for me? order a clear 3/4" blade from TCSS with a pointed tip and put that cellophane stuff inside it? say about 30" length? would that be possible? if so, let me know, ill send you the money.

Alright folks, update time. I had planned on getting them out on Monday but I ran out of wrap after three blades
Got more last night and wrapped the rest of them. All the tips are on and the bottoms are adhered. All of the adapters have been cut and are ready to go.
Now, I have a question for everyone (except scottjua)... The adapters are simply 1.5"L pieces of 1"OD x 7/8" ID blade stock. Simple stuff. With just a little bit of wiggling and a quick tap or two on the floor the adapter will seat on the blades nice and tight. The OD, while 1" like our blade holders, often needs to be sanded once the adapter is on a blade to fit the holder. The thing is, every holder is different so if I sand them it will still be too tight for some and not tight enough for others. So the question is, do you want me to sand the outside of the adapter before I ship it or do you want to handle that yourself to customize the fit? I can also sand the insides of the adapters to make them slide on more easily but I don't like to do that because then someone is bound to put it in a blade holder and swing it and have the blade come flying out with the adapter still inside the holder.
Also, this brings up an important point...if you are using your blade with an adapter on it and the adapter isn't glued on, take a minute to put the adapter in your blade holder and mark where your retention screw is then drill a hole large enough in the adapter in that spot so the retention screw goes through the adapter and butts up against the actual blade
My adapter being on the side, no need to sand it, I can do that accordingly. Also I have indeed planned to drill a hole so that the screw goes throught the adapter directly to the blade, good point to remind

Pat if you haven't sent mine out my plans have changed. I won't have a 7/8" socket as my only saber will be using TGS BH. So you can glue my adapter in place. Things a getting tight for my troop and my job search. If you have a TGS BH at the house I wouldn't mind if you sanded it to fit since I'm getting down to the wire.

Ack!!! Crud Luke! I literally just finished boxing yours. Getting that resin E11 in the box was a major struggle. I included your blade and the thermal detonator. I hope no one tries to open the box. Not sure what the reaction would be to a gun and a bomb, haha! I used a roll and a half of tape so it won't come open easily
I sanded and cleaned yours and the adapter is in the box. It has instructions but the adapter should just slide on to the blade. You might need to hit the outside on a belt sander for just a few seconds to get it in your blade holder but it shouldn't require much effort at all. Remember too that the trigger guard and a small piece of the track on the E11 need to be glued back on as well. This is how I got it from SF
Scott - yours are boxed as well. They are clean, no sanding, no adapters. I put a piece of sandpaper in the box incase you decide to use it later
Ryo & Turgon - I'm holding yours here until the rest of your stuff is ready so it will all ship at once
Adapters on the side, no sanding required. I can do that myself. Oh almost forgot my query from a while ago, if you still have the 7/8" blade cutoffs and it isn't too much trouble to include them in the package, I would love to have them. Thanks!
